Tecurve started as a spreadsheet. Managing a handful of properties meant juggling post-dated cheques across bank folders, Ejari renewal dates buried in my inbox, service-charge invoices I always meant to reconcile — and no straight answer to a simple question: what is my portfolio actually returning?
The tools I tried were built for someone else. Either heavy enterprise platforms made for agencies and funds, or generic property apps that treated cheques as an afterthought and had never heard of Ejari or RERA rent rules.
